Earlier this month a notice went out announcing that we will soon begin utilizing our new comprehensive Payroll, HR, and Training platform Paycom, to deliver the required Annual In-Service & Annual TB Screening.Â
Â
Â
Reports show that we still have some nursing staff who have yet to log in to Paycom. If you have not done so, please take care of that immediately so that you have access to all your important information such as hours worked, paystubs, required training, etc.  Failure to log into Paycom will not be accepted as a reason for missing any compliance requirements. A huge Thank You to those of you who have already logged in.Â
Â
Â
Please note some key information and dates regarding the required annual training:
Â
The training will be assigned on 10/1/2025, and it will be due on 10/31/2025
You will be paid a flat $40Â once it is completed
Annual TB screening has now been included in the in-service which means no more annual follow-ups outside of the October in-service
This is just the screening questionnaire, which means no TB test is required unless HR directly follows up due to a positive result on the screening.
This training must be completed in Paycom
If you still have not logged in please do so ASAP, e-mail chris@helmshomecare or tag @teamhelp-hr&payroll in teams if having issues. Please see login instructions at the bottom of this message.Â
Â
How to Log In to Paycom
Check your e-mail for your username and password, it will come from systemmessage@paycomonline.com
Go to www.paycom.com or download the App via Apple App Store or Google Play
Select Employee Login in the top right corner (via website) or Employee Self Service (via App).
Enter your Username, Password, and the last four digits of your SSN.
Follow the prompts to set up your account and security questions. Â If you use biometrics (i.e., Fingerprint ID or Face ID) be sure to enable biometrics on the app to store the password and username
Â
Thanks in advance for your attention to this and for completing your required training in a timely manner.
Sincerely,
Â
Shari Blackmon RN-C, BSN
