  • Paycor online or the Paycor mobile app allows you to:​

    • View / Download current and past paycheck stubs

    • View / Download W2s

    • View / edit tax information

    • View / edit banking information


REACH OUT TO HR

  • ​​Email us: recruiting@helmshomecare.com to:

    • Provide a copy of your updated CPR / BLS (or other credentials)​

    • Provide a copy of your most recent TB test results 

    • Submit your resignation or request a temporary leave of absence

    • Provide updated contact information (address, phone, emergency contact, etc.)

      • Name Change: We will need a copy of your updated Social Security card & Driver's License
         

QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR PAYCHECK

  • Tag @TeamHelp-HRandPayroll in your Visit Notes, Payroll, HR channel in Microsoft Teams. 

    • Request a "breakdown" of your pay for the pay period / check in question

    • A payroll manager will privately message you with a breakdown of your visit pay (hourly, mileage, GAP, etc.) and answer any questions you may have.

HR COMPLIANCE

  • Nursing License: our HR team will maintain a current copy of your nursing license from the state Board of Nursing. In the event your Nursing License expires and an updated license is not available through the online state Board of Nursing portal, we will contact you for further information and possible suspension of patient care until resolved. 
     

  • TB Screening: Annually after hire you must login to the HHC Academy (Schoox) and complete a 4-question TB Risk Assessment / Screening. As long as the screening comes back negative*, there is nothing else needed until the following year.
     

    • In the event your screening is positive, a HR team member will reach out as needed to ensure a negative TB skin test (or other proof of negative TB) is on file. 
       

    • *Please allow 3-5 business days following completion of your screening for a Clinical Team member to review and process (sign-off on) your screening. ​
