QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR PAYCHECK

When "Approve My Check" is received, you can submit an "Ask Here" request directly in Paycom for first priority paycheck reviews.

Tag @TeamHelp-HRandPayroll in your Visit Notes, Payroll, HR channel in Microsoft Teams.

Request a "breakdown" of your pay for the pay period / check in question (this can also be viewed in Paycom - WebTime Sheets

A payroll manager will privately message you with a breakdown of your visit pay (hourly, mileage, GAP, etc.) and answer any questions you may have.

HR COMPLIANCE

Nursing License: our HR team will maintain a current copy of your nursing license from the state Board of Nursing. In the event your Nursing License expires and an updated license is not available through the online state Board of Nursing portal, we will contact you for further information and possible suspension of patient care until resolved.

TB Screening: Annually in October you must login to Paycom and as part of your annual in-service complete a 4-question TB Risk Assessment / Screening. As long as the screening comes back negative*, there is nothing else needed until the following year.

​In the event your screening is positive, a HR team member will reach out as needed to ensure a negative TB skin test (or other proof of negative TB) is on file.

*Please allow 30 days following completion of your screening for a Clinical Team member to review and process (sign-off on) your screening. ​
