Home Infusion RN ($100 Bonus Incentive) Referral Requirements:

Only actively employed nurses in good standing with the agency are eligible for the bonus.

Previous candidates or employees eligible for re-hire do no qualify.

Incentive is paid to the referring employee once the referred candidate has:

Been employed for 30 days and
-
Completed at least 8 billable infusion visits

Private Duty Home Health LPN or RN ($100 Bonus Incentive) Referral Requirements:
