The patient’s attending pharmacy is responsible for sending infusion supplies directly to the patient. This includes catheters, dressing change kits, tubing, pumps, flushes, etc.

HHC provides each field nurse with a car kit / supply box to supplement the supplies provided by the pharmacy and ensure seamless patient care.

Keep an eye on your car kit supplies and request additional items 3-5 days prior to need

Supplies are shipped USPS ground by 12 noon only on Monday, Wednesday & Friday
